Every visit includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchen cleaning (counters, stovetop, sink, exterior of appliances), making beds, emptying trash, and a general tidy. We follow a detailed checklist so nothing gets missed.
Your first visit is always a deep clean — it takes longer and covers things like inside cabinets, baseboards, light fixtures, and detailed scrubbing to bring your home up to our maintenance standard. After that, regular cleans keep everything fresh.
Yes. We carry full commercial liability insurance and WSIB coverage. You're completely protected, and so is our team.
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children and pets. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, just let us know.
We'll send you a simple payment link after each cleaning. We accept all major credit cards. No cash needed, no awkward conversations.
Absolutely. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and there's no charge. We get that life happens.
Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key or access code. We're fully insured, so your home is safe with us.

It depends on the size of your home and the type of clean. A regular cleaning for a 3-bedroom home typically takes 2-3 hours. Deep cleans take longer. We never rush — we stay until the job is done right.
